The installation will only be carried out if you have written approval from your housing association to install a digital lock on the front door.

The lock you want to install must be available on site near the door
Drilling in the door to replace the lock case is not included
The door’s lock cylinder must be round or oval
Lock stile = the edge of the door where the lock is mounted, should be 225 mm high
Strike plate = the part of the door frame where the lock latches, must be 200 mm high and 40 mm wide
The hole below the lock cylinder/handle must be 40 mm in diameter
We do not install on doors manufactured before 1986
