Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?

There are 3 things you need to prepare:

• Plan where and how your TV will be mounted. Make sure all parts and instructions are available during installation.
   
 • Ensure all parts and instructions are ready for assembly.
   
 • To make our work easier, please move furniture such as sofas, tables, plants, and other items out of the work area. This can take longer than expected, so we appreciate it if it’s done well before we arrive. Thank you for your help!

Think about where you want to place your whiteboard. It should be easy to reach and at a comfortable height. Avoid spots where furniture or doors might block it.

2. Plan for cables (if applicable)
 • If your whiteboard is electronic or requires cables, consider how you'd like to manage them. We can help with cable routing to keep things tidy and out of sight.

3. Consider lighting
 • Consider the room’s lighting. Avoid placing the whiteboard in direct sunlight, as this can make it hard to read.

4. Take into account any obstacles
 • If there are obstacles like windows, doors, or electrical outlets nearby, make sure the whiteboard is positioned optimally.

5. Consider accessories
 • If you plan to use accessories like pen holders, cleaning supplies, or magnetic items, please let us know. We can install them at the same time, saving time and making sure everything is ready when we finish.

6. Communicate your wishes
 • Before installation, enter your specific requests and needs in the "describe your fix" box. The more details you provide, the better we can tailor the service to you.

Yes, we have experience installing whiteboards on a variety of wall types, including drywall, concrete, and brick. Each wall type has its own requirements, and we are here to ensure the installation is both safe and durable.

• Drywall : For drywall, we use special brackets and plugs that provide extra support. We make sure to install your whiteboard in the right places where we can attach to the steel studs behind the drywall, providing a stable base.

• Concrete walls : If you have a concrete wall, we ensure a safe and stable installation. We have the necessary equipment to drill into concrete, so you don't have to worry about that!

• Brick Walls : For brick walls, we also have special tools and methods to attach your whiteboard in a way that is both secure and durable.

We provide common mounting supplies like screws, plugs, drywall anchors, wall expanders, and screw hooks – free of charge.

So if you’re mounting a whiteboard on a drywall instead of concrete and don’t have the right plugs, no worries, we’ve got it covered.
